Didn't the city just put forth a "balanced budget."

Or was it a sham based on what if's maybe's and best guess scenario's?

So, yes, please let us vote for new levies and more slight of hand by moving funds from one account to another, while we are lulled into a false sense of security with the movers and shakers, who smoke and mirror us with happy talk and shaky financial figures, and still to this day, continue to rely on the auto industry.

"The city is expecting jobs at Chrysler Group LLC's Jeep assembly plant and General Motor Co.'s Powertrain plant to help."

Many better equipped people, with real financial insight, are issuing warnings on Fiat and Chrysler, but hey, this is Toledo, so Business As Usual.
