Why, in the name of common sense, are you walking in the streets?

Has there not been enough deaths recently, avoidable deaths, with cars, etc., and pedistrians?

Why then are young people, middle aged and older people walking in the streets. Not on the sidewalk, we are required to have and maintain, but smack dab in the street.

We do not need to loose anyothers to speeding, distracting, cell phone and texting people behind the wheel, so get yourselves up on the sidewalk, where you belong.

Maybe the TPD, instead of turning a blind eye at times, will step up the enforcement and save lifes, all the while we piss and moan about rights, be violated.
