Really, here? Problems with trash collection?

You mean we can not or shall not place more trash than a container can hold, and then because we cannot follow rules or recycle we place the excess trash along the containers.

You mean we cannot set out bulk items, as usual? Heck, we have Cadillac Trash Collection, don't we?

You mean we are expected to read directions and then be expected to follow, said rules?

Welcome to trash collection 101 and then course 201 on the refusal to change and do what is proper.

Wait for the bulk items to show up in vacant lots, and then come the wails and whines, of not being prideful.

Tires will start to migrate, again.

Bags of trash will show up here and there, and the city resources will be stretched.
