Writing to the At-Large members of the City Council and candidates for city council the reply, or no rely at all all too the norm for some, is; thanks for writing and your concern for your neighborhood is great.

Odd, where does it say, My Neighborhood Concerns, or is it correct when it says Toledo Ohio Neighborhood Concerns.

Can not the At-Large members see this and realize this? Can the candidates not see this and realize this?

If all of them cannot see this, then there is a real problem.

My concerns are for all of the neighborhoods in Toledo and not just where I live.
