The Mayor is big on Pride in the city. Too bad some of the others are not.

Reported this debris on the tree line, December 26, 2007 and again on Feburary 3, 2008 and here it is February 10 and the debris has still not been picked up.

It is not on some out of the way, hard to get to location, right on Manhattan Blvd. in plain site and how many city crews have stopped or driven right by the debris.

Mr. Finkbeiner said one of his goals for 1999 was to increase the level of service city employees give to citizens."

Kinda falling short on this goal.
