Questions posed to Council members, well at least those that respond, about the Automated Trash system proposed in Toledo, Ohio

What with hurry up and get it done legislation being the norm, these days, makes one wonder...
"Collins, D Michael
The administration and staff members of the departments involved are
very poor about responding to questions.
So, has anyone thought/reviewed whether or not the trucks will be able
to service the older neighborhoods, with cars parked on both sides of
the streets? And in winter, when people don't clear sidewalks and the
lane is barely wide enough for one car.
The streets are practically impassable in the winter, what with not
enough plowing and many reasons why they are not plowed, from
Commissioner Welch.
Residents are going to be expected to put trash cans laden down with
trash in between cars parked on the narrow streets, so the arm can reach
them?
The calls from the residents in the area, will come fast and furious in
winter and probably summer also.
Any thoughts to leaving one side of the street open and not allow both
sides to be parked on? Well, no can't do that, because most of the
houses don't even have driveways, so people have to park on the street.
It seems to be a garbage strewn mess, our streets that is, waiting to
happen."
While living in the greater NYC area, it was the norm to have street parking alternated.
