Our Coach, Chief Executive, Mayor, is big on Rah, Rah, and flutters like a butterfly from one thing to another without ever staying put to address one item fully and completely.

He was on a tear not too long ago about employees and those appointed to positions that failed to live in Toledo and those that tried to conceal where they lived and then that died down.

Now, just as the spring flowers begin to bloom, so does the rhetoric about being positive and Prideful, we have the signs to prove it! We've got pride.

Well, no, not all of us, as evidenced by this latest mess.

The Coach is real big, REAL BIG, on Pride. Too bad the many employees of the city that drive by messes like this are not.

This mess was reported Monday March 23, 2009 and it sat there all week, as patrons of Mancy's resuturaunt came and went.

What a view, nice steak dinner, night out on the town and with a view of a garbage dumping ground, Priceless.

So, Coach, pick up the pom pom's and leave the Mad Hatter Tea Party on 22 and do some spring house cleaning in the departments, or maybe shuffle more of the ineffective managers around the house of cards, you've built.
